Mark Your Calendars! Meetings of the MPO, TCC, and CAC are now scheduled in advance.

As a result of a discussion with FHWA and FTA at the TMA Federal Review in February, the MPO Board and MPO staff have agreed upon a set of dates for all MPO meetings for the next two years.

For the convenience of the MPO committee members and the public, MPO and TCC meetings will now occur quarterly and be on (or close to) the last Wednesday of every quarter, as follows:

• March 29, 2017
• June 7, 2017
• August 30, 2017
• December 6, 2017

• March 28, 2018
• May 30, 2018
• August 29, 2018
• November 28, 2018

Please also mark your calendars for the Mondays, two days prior, to each of these Wednesdays. Those Mondays will be our scheduled Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) meetings for the next two years, as follows:

• March 27, 2017
• June 5, 2017
• August 28, 2017
• December 4, 2017

• March 26, 2018
• May 28, 2018
• August 27, 2018
• November 26, 2018

The MPO Board, committee members, and staff hope this set schedule will help improve attendance by the public.
