The purpose of this meeting is to ensure that any interested parties have an opportunity to receive information or provide input regarding this project and share their views and comments regarding potential impacts. The meeting’s format will be an informal session beginning at 6:00 pm. No formal speeches or presentations are planned. Representatives of the City of Huntsville and its consultant will be available to answer any questions relative to the project. Preliminary maps and tentative schedules will be available.

Comments, which will become part of the official project record, may be made at any time prior to, at, or within ten days following the hearing. A recorder will be available for anyone wishing to leave recorded comments. Written comments may be left at the hearing or mailed to:
